## Description

Empower is a vertically integrated American lithium company focused on direct lithium extraction (DLE) and domestic supply. Its platform brings together brine assets, patented extraction technology, and engineering operations, aiming to manage production from the wellhead through delivery to customers. The company describes its lithium as American-made and positions its work as support for national defense, energy needs, advanced manufacturing, and a broader revival of U.S. industry.

Empower’s technology offering is presented under the name EmTECH, powered by LiMAX. Alongside its production platform, the company provides licensing and partnership opportunities, extending its approach to potential collaborators and global deployment. Its stated focus is to strengthen the American supply chain for critical minerals while serving a range of industries and manufacturers.

Led by co-founder and chief executive Patrick Dowling, Empower shares information about its company, technology, lithium resources, and investor relations through its website.
