ENAGB is an Indigenous youth agency committed to providing a wide range of cultural, employment, life skills, holistic wellness, and recreational opportunities to young people aged 12-29. They believe in programming that is designed collaboratively with their youth participants, focusing on building self-esteem, confidence, skills, and self-determination. With a vision to become a place for healing and exploring Indigenous heritage, ENAGB's mission is to prepare their youth to make ethical choices that foster pride and confidence through values rooted in the Medicine Wheel.

Their core activities revolve around emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental well-being, with a commitment to foster community partnerships and address essential areas like training/employment, housing supports, education, life skills, and culture/language. ENAGB strives to achieve these objectives by hosting a youth council, providing cultural and historical programming, strengthening support systems, building community partnerships, identifying sustainable funding sources, implementing their healing youth programming, creating apprenticeship/mentoring programs, and working towards acquiring their own building.
