The practice supports pregnant people, couples and new parents with a personal, holistic approach that aims to help them feel informed, respected and secure before, during and after birth. Services include birth preparation, breastfeeding preparation and guidance, postpartum doula support, rebozo instruction and conversations for individuals or couples facing anxiety about birth or processing a difficult birth experience.
