## Description

EnAqua-Dialog is a collaborative project focused on addressing the relationship between energy and water during the energy transition. As green hydrogen becomes increasingly important and water scarcity affects some regions, the project brings stakeholders together to explore how these resources can be managed sustainably and fairly. Its work centers on developing and applying an innovative, participatory dialogue process in two hydrogen model regions: the Northwest Metropolitan Region and the Ruhr Metropolis in Germany.

An interdisciplinary consortium of humanities and natural science researchers works alongside local communities and organizations, including residents, industry, agriculture, and municipal authorities. Through practical, inclusive methods, EnAqua-Dialog aims to identify workable responses to competing resource needs, reduce conflicts, and account for local environmental conditions and public expectations. The project supports dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the development of integrated solutions that address both the requirements of the energy transition and regional circumstances. Interested individuals and organizations can register to participate, indicating their region, sector, concerns, and expectations for the process.
