Encina Farms is a brand dedicated to providing the highest quality California-raised Iberico pork. Located in the Coyote Valley of Middletown, our 1,200-acre ranch boasts over 600 acres of oak forests, which are essential to the diet of our pigs. The oak trees produce acorns, or bellotas in Spanish, that give our pork its unique flavor and healthy fat profile.

As advocates for free-range and humane farming, we raise our pigs without antibiotics or hormones, allowing them to roam the oak woodlands and engage in natural foraging behaviors. This not only ensures the superior taste and quality of our meat but also helps preserve and rejuvenate California's oak woodlands.
