EnCorps Teachers is a brand dedicated to promoting educational equity, particularly in the field of STEM. Their mission is to provide students in under-resourced communities with equal access to high-quality STEM education. They achieve this by recruiting STEM professionals in California and NYC to teach and tutor in these communities.

EnCorps offers two main programs: the Teach Program and the Tutor Program. The Teach Program supports STEM professionals who are interested in pursuing a career in teaching by providing them with the necessary support, resources, and classroom experience. Participants receive one-on-one support throughout the teacher credentialing process and have access to cutting-edge professional development opportunities.

The Tutor Program allows STEM professionals to volunteer as virtual math tutors for middle school students in under-resourced schools. By becoming a tutor, professionals can make a tangible difference in students' understanding of math while also gaining access to professional development resources and one-on-one support.
