The company combines traditional olive cultivation and oil making with contemporary culinary tastes, overseeing the process from its own groves to extraction at a mill dedicated to its harvest. Olives are hand-harvested and trees pruned manually using traditional methods; cultivation follows organic practices and incorporates beekeeping. Its extra-virgin olive oil is mechanically extracted soon after harvest and made from varieties including Galega and Cobrançosa. Products include Encosta do Lavradio extra-virgin olive oil in 250-milliliter bottles and three-liter bag-in-box packs, as well as Sabor Milenar, produced from olives of trees over 1,000 years old. The oils have a maximum acidity of 0.8% and are intended for seasoning a range of foods. The producer’s awards include silver at the Dubai Olive Oil Competition in 2022 and gold in 2023. The brand emphasizes limited quantities and distinctive flavor. ## Industries - 🏭 Agriculture _(under Heavy Industry and Engineering)_ - 🏭 Heavy Industry and Engineering ## Links - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/encosta-do-lavradio) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/encostadolavradio) - [facebook](https://facebook.com/profile.php?id=100086398577223) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idDaAqbAqm/w/820/h/831/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790836835391) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idDaAqbAqm/w/400/h/400/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790836835525) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Sushi | #a7b739 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Moss Green | #c1e1b9 | light | ## Fonts - Helvetica — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
