Founded in 2013, the brand emerged from a realization that high school education was not adequately preparing students for the evolving world. The founders, Mary Winn and Martin Miller, recognized the need for a different mindset and skillset to thrive in today's economy - adaptability, resilience, creativity, and fast learning.

They also saw an increasing opportunity for entrepreneurship as the tech industry experienced exponential growth. Endevvr's approach is unique and hands-on. They designed a highly structured, analytical training program that focuses on teaching entrepreneurship through the actual process of building real companies.

Alongside the structured curriculum, mentors and leaders provide personalized coaching, guiding students on defining success and cultivating resilience. The impact of Endevvr is evident in the 100+ transformative stories of its alumni. Netta Wang, for example, credits Endevvr with permanently changing her life and introducing her to a community of young entrepreneurs.

Beyond building companies, Endevvr teaches its participants how to create intentional and impactful lives. Continuing their mission to inspire adaptive citizens, Endevvr is now running their program virtually in 2020.
