Liver Coalition of San Diego is a brand dedicated to making a significant impact in the fight against liver disease. As the convener of the Hepatitis C Initiative, they spearhead a public-private partnership aimed at eliminating hepatitis C by 2030. Their goal is to provide resources and support for individuals affected by liver disease and to promote self-advocacy. This initiative is made possible through funding from the County of San Diego, Health and Human Services Agency, as well as generous donations from AbbVie, Inc.
