## Description

EndMyopia is an eyesight education and coaching brand founded by Jake Steiner, who has shared its experimental defocus method since 2012. The site focuses on adult myopia and offers guidance on managing visual strain, using prescription lenses conservatively, and practicing targeted focus habits. It presents published case records, first-hand experiences, research references, educational articles, and podcast interviews as resources for people exploring the method. EndMyopia offers direct case oversight with access to a private forum and monthly group question-and-answer sessions, as well as a self-directed program for people who prefer to work independently. Prospective clients can apply to work with Steiner; the site says participation is limited and not everyone is accepted. Additional tools include an eyeball analyzer, pupillary-distance resource, contact-lens-to-glasses converter, glasses prescription calculator, and online eye test. EndMyopia describes its approach as experimental, not medical advice or treatment, and recommends consulting a qualified eye-care professional for comprehensive checks and prescription guidance. Its published materials also discuss possible strain-related symptoms and advise patience and professional evaluation when needed.
