## Description

Chae Taekwondo Ängelholm is a modern martial arts club offering Taekwondo training for children, young people and adults in Ängelholm. Its classes develop strength, fitness and coordination while introducing members to sparring, poomsae, fundamental techniques and self-defence. Training is organised into age-based groups, alongside dedicated fight, poomsae and fundamentals-and-strength sessions, giving members opportunities to build skills at different levels and interests.

The club also takes part in competitions in Sweden and abroad, and reports that its athletes have earned medals at national and international events. Members can join outdoor summer training at the beach, while children’s groups may take part in activities such as overnight stays, discos and swimming. New participants can register through the club. After three trial sessions, membership requires an annual fee, with a separate training fee charged by half-term; reduced training fees are available for children up to and including age 11. Through regular coaching, competition and social activities, the club combines martial arts development with a welcoming community experience.
