## Description

Ensign Minerals Inc. With a strong presence in one of the richest geological settings and mining-friendly regions, Ensign Minerals has positioned itself to deliver substantial shareholder value. The company holds approximately 6,200 hectares of primarily patented claims in the Mercur district, including properties such as Mercur, West Mercur, South Mercur, and North Mercur. This district is situated in the Oquirrh Mountains, known for its abundant mineral wealth. Notably, the Mercur mine, which Ensign is closely associated with, has historically produced around 2.6 million ounces of gold. Ensign Minerals has recently consolidated its vast land package, opening up significant exploration potential. In fact, the company commenced a successful 9,942 meter reverse circulation drilling program in December 2020, followed by a planned 8,760 meter drilling program in 2022 that includes both reverse circulation and core drilling. These initiatives will also entail geologic mapping & sampling, metallurgical test work, a resource estimate, and a scoping study or preliminary economic assessment. With outstanding infrastructure, easy access, a favorable permitting process, and world-class deposits in the immediate and surrounding areas, Ensign Minerals is well-positioned for long-term development and is committed to providing substantial value to its shareholders.
