## Description

The Asociación Española de Entomología (AeE), or Spanish Association of Entomology, is an organization founded in 1977 and dedicated to entomology in Spain. It provides a platform for people interested in insects to engage with the subject through its news, publications, library and activities. The association also maintains entomological reserves, including sites established in different parts of Spain, and offers awards and membership opportunities. Its website shares updates on the association’s work and related developments, such as new reserves and the 2026 update to the National Red List. It also highlights external events, including the National Beekeeping Congress scheduled for Alicante in 2027. Through these resources and initiatives, the AeE brings together information, activities and opportunities connected with entomology. Visitors can explore its publications and library, learn about reserves and awards, follow announcements, or find out how to become a member. The association’s online presence also provides contact details and information about privacy and site policies.
