## Description

Entrada Therapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on developing intracellular therapeutics to address diseases caused by targets that conventional medicines may be unable to reach. Guided by a mission to transform the lives of patients and families, the company combines expertise in therapeutics and rare diseases with its proprietary Endosomal Escape Vehicle (EEV™) Platform. Designed to help therapies enter cells and engage previously inaccessible disease-causing targets, the platform is intended to support a versatile, modular pipeline.

Entrada is developing potential treatments across neuromuscular, retinal and metabolic diseases, with programs ranging from discovery through clinical-stage development. Its featured programs include investigational approaches for Duchenne muscular dystrophy and myotonic dystrophy type 1, as well as research involving retinal conditions. The company also conducts clinical studies and shares scientific publications and presentations about its platform and programs. Beyond research and development, Entrada engages with patients and advocacy communities and runs the DREAMS Grant Program, which supports efforts to advance equity, inclusion and accessibility.
