## Description

ENUMER is an innovative decentralized service powered by the Emercoin blockchain, designed to enable free voice calls via SIP equipment, bypassing traditional telecom providers. This cutting-edge solution leverages the ENUM specification (RFC6116) to facilitate seamless communication while ensuring user privacy and security. ENUMER supports a wide range of modern IP-PBX systems, including popular platforms like Asterisk and FreeSWITCH.

Users can create a decentralized address book and manage ENUM telephone records efficiently on Emercoin's blockchain, giving them control over their communication without reliance on centralized authorities. The service is paired with the VoIP by Antisip softphone, allowing users to make free calls to American toll-free numbers and ENUM-registered contacts worldwide, making it particularly advantageous for travelers seeking to avoid costly roaming charges.

With robust scalability, rapid query resolution, and a commitment to decentralization, ENUMER represents a transformative approach to modern telephony, consolidating the beneficial aspects of blockchain technology with everyday communication needs.
