## Description

Environmental Minerals Inc. (EMI) is an infrastructure materials company based in Vancouver, Canada. With over 30 years of business development experience, EMI has a team of experienced engineers and project developers, offering a comprehensive range of development services including design, construction, operation, and maintenance of project facilities. EMI's main opportunity lies in their mineral claim, which has an estimated 258 million tons of high-quality product with a potential selling price of up to $95 per ton. The company also holds an option on a neighboring 4000-acre site with proven reserves of the highest grade Class 'N' Pozzolan. This is valuable as there is a significant anticipated growth in infrastructure spending globally. Located just 2 hours north of Los Angeles, both sites are easily accessible. EMI's natural pozzolan, called 'CEME'T-POZZ', offers numerous benefits such as increased compressive strength, reduced permeability and voids, reduced expansion and heat of hydration, reduced creep and cracks, reduced microcracking, increased resistance to chloride and sulfate attack, and protection of steel reinforcement from corrosion.
