EnvisionCoOrg is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Weld County. Our mission is to empower people to live, love, work, and play in their own unique way. As a Person-Centered Organization (PCO), we use Person Centered Thinking skills to gain a deep understanding of each individual's perspective and improve their lives accordingly.

With a rich history spanning over 50 years, Envision has been a cornerstone in Weld County, providing community-based services and deinstitutionalizing individuals with developmental disabilities. We offer a wide range of person-centered services that support over 2,800 children and adults, along with their families, every year. Our services include early intervention programs, case management, and family support resources.

We also provide opportunities for individuals to get involved as host home providers or volunteers.
