## Description

Ephraim Pottery, based in Lake Mills, WI, is a brand that specializes in creating modern Arts and Crafts pottery and artwork. With a focus on collaboration and handmade craftsmanship, their artists are guided by their hands, heads, and hearts to produce pieces that are both classically inspired and organic in nature. Founded 25 years ago by Kevin Hicks, a skilled potter with a business degree, Ephraim Pottery is a unique hybrid studio where ideas are shared, gathered, and developed as a group. Their aesthetic is characterized by the evident hand of the maker, as each piece is hand-thrown, sculpted, and finished with their in-house designed glazes. Over the years, Ephraim Pottery has expanded its studio and encountered new artists, resulting in a constant source of inspiration and fresh avenues of exploration. Looking ahead, they are focused on broadening their collaboration model and blurring the lines between creative and business roles. Inspired by potteries like Grueby from the Arts & Crafts era, Ephraim Pottery strives to further their ideals while reflecting the values of their society. With a profound appreciation for their past and an openness to the future, Ephraim Pottery is poised for continued growth and success.
