# ePlanet

- **Website:** <https://eplaneth2020.eu>
- **Primary alias:** `eplaneth2020.eu`

## Description

It addresses the challenge of local authorities using different platforms to manage the transition, which can make information difficult to share and communities harder to engage. In response, ePLANET promotes a new collaborative governance approach supported by a digital framework for sharing harmonised information.

The project provides tools and solutions intended to support public authorities and regional stakeholders in planning and coordinating energy transition efforts. Its resources include the ePLANET platform, best practices, project information, and materials developed through capacity-building activities, including work in the Zlín region. The website also shares project news and press releases and offers a newsletter for people who want to follow its progress and outputs.

Funded under the EU’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, ePLANET brings together information and practical resources to help public-sector actors work more effectively on energy transition.
