The Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students Federation (EPSF) is the largest student organization in Egypt, dedicated to enhancing the educational and professional development of pharmacy students across 38 universities. Established in 1982, EPSF operates as a non-profit and non-political entity, affiliated with the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF). It focuses on serving both pharmacy students and the broader Egyptian community through various initiatives, including educational conferences, public health projects, and a Student Exchange Program (SEP) which promotes cultural exchange. Annually, EPSF engages over 4,000 members directly by providing extensive online courses, training opportunities, and competitions designed to empower future pharmacists. The organization actively participates in community health awareness campaigns and has set notable records, such as conducting glucose measurements for 8,600 people within 24 hours in 2014. With a commitment to aligning its initiatives with Sustainable Development Goals, EPSF is at the forefront of transforming pharmacy education and public health advocacy in Egypt.
