## Description

EQUAL is a brand that is dedicated to promoting equal pay and equal opportunities for men and women. They offer a range of products and services aimed at advocating for fair compensation practices and eliminating systemic inequalities in the workplace. One of the key offerings of EQUAL is their EQUAL-SALARY Certification, which ensures that companies pay their employees equally regardless of their gender. They have certified several companies that have made a significant difference in achieving equal pay. In addition to certification, EQUAL also engages in advocacy work through academic symposiums, conferences, media engagement, and institutional partnerships worldwide. They work towards finding innovative solutions to tackle the root causes of the pay gap and discrimination in the workplace. By getting involved with EQUAL, organizations can stand out as champions of equal pay and contribute to creating a more just and equitable society. It's time to make equal pay a reality, and EQUAL is leading the way towards achieving this fundamental human right.
