## Description

Equal Voices (formerly Fyooz Financial) is a fee-only financial services firm based in Portland, Oregon, founded by Natalie Slagle, CFP®, and Dan Slagle, CFP®. The firm works with successful couples who communicate well and want to strengthen their financial lives together, helping make money decisions less divisive and more purposeful. Its services include financial planning, investment management, tax planning and preparation, and cash flow systems. Planning support covers major choices such as retirement, equity compensation, and employee benefits. The team develops and monitors investment portfolios, provides regular updates, rebalances automatically, and applies tax management. Clients can receive mid-year tax projections and tax return preparation; preparation is available only to firm clients, and the firm does not currently provide business returns or bookkeeping. Engagements include an initial planning process, at least three meetings each year, ongoing access to the team, and coordination with clients’ other professionals, such as CPAs and attorneys. Equal Voices emphasizes a no-commission, fiduciary approach and offers ongoing advice by meeting, phone, or email.
