## Description

Equatoria Teak Company (ETC) is dedicated to the sustainable cultivation and harvesting of teak in South Sudan. Located in Western Equatoria State, ETC's plantations cover 2,940 hectares with an additional 25,000 hectares available for teak cultivation. The concessions granted for 32 years, with a possible extension, benefit from the region's high annual rainfall, making it an ideal environment for teak growth.

At the heart of ETC's operations is a commitment to sustainable forest management. Recognizing the global decline in forest land, ETC aims to ensure the continuous supply of timber while preserving the ecological benefits and biodiversity of the forests. ETC, a subsidiary of Agris Ltd, is dedicated to maintaining a balance between industry needs and environmental preservation. Contact ETC at info@agris.group to learn more about their sustainable practices and high-quality teak products.
