About

Description

Welcome to Equili, formerly known as LadyCoders, an organization dedicated to bringing diversity to the tech industry. Through speaking engagements, workshops, transformative events, app challenges, content creation, and community building, Equili aims to create a stronger and more inclusive community in the technology field. We firmly believe that a diverse community leads to better ideas, increased revenue, improved stability, and more innovation.

Equili was founded with the mission of building a more diverse tech community and leveling the playing field for underrepresented and underutilized groups in technology. We provide the vision, information, and execution necessary to help individuals, businesses, and communities drive immediate change. We understand that diversity and inclusion in the workplace foster innovation, creativity, better decision-making, and problem-solving, ultimately improving the bottom line.

At Equili, we are on a mission to change the face of tech. We invite you to explore the research and studies that emphasize the intrinsic value of diversity and inclusion in tech. Though we are not currently accepting new clients, we recommend other D&I consultative work providers.

Equili is led by Founder Elaine Marino, who has spearheaded a movement to transform diversity in the tech space. With her background as a Ruby on Rails developer and her unique perspective as both an insider and outsider in the industry, Elaine is dedicated to designing and implementing events, workshops, and content that promote diversity in the tech arena. Additionally, she is the Founder of CoDiv, a community organization focused on diversity and inclusion, and the LadyCoders Conference, which supports women and non-binary technologists.

For speaking engagements, please contact us at info@equi. li with the subject line: Speaker Inquiry. Connect with Elaine on LinkedIn and Twitter for her insightful content recommendations.
