## Description

Equifix is a rider-fitness brand founded by Ingrid, a rider vitality coach and author of De Fitte Ruiter. It helps riders build the fitness and body awareness needed to ride with greater comfort, control and enjoyment, while supporting their horse’s performance and wellbeing. Its practical approach covers conditioning, strength, balance, mobility, nutrition and recovery, with exercises designed for riders to use at their own level and alongside their horse.

Equifix offers the book De Fitte Ruiter, which explains how a rider’s body can affect riding and provides accessible exercises, clear guidance and practical tips. An online course covering fitness, strength, mobility, nutrition and recovery is planned. Riders can also book a one-hour fitness bootcamp clinic for groups of up to ten, held at a riding club, stable or event. In addition, Equifix provides training information and a private community where riders can exchange insights. Through these resources, the brand aims to help riders develop a stronger, more stable physical foundation for the saddle.
