For riders preparing to compete, she offers practical and mental support at events, helping them maintain focus and handle performance pressure. Services include individual lessons, a six-week confidence-building programme and a six-week programme addressing competition anxiety. Sabine’s training is grounded in patience, empathy and respect for each horse as an individual. Her background includes working with a range of horses, mental coaching training and veterinary nursing education, informing her attention to both physical and emotional wellbeing.
