## Description

William Stewart is a leading brand that offers diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) outreach strategies for Canadian corporations. With over 2 decades of experience, Equitek assists corporations in generating a diverse applicant flow through their proactive recruitment network of Employment Resource Centres (ERCs). Unlike other solutions, Equitek does not focus on one cultural group, but works simultaneously with many diverse groups across Canada. Equitek provides a turn-key comprehensive DEI outreach solution offered as an annual subscription. Employers can seamlessly interact with their company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) without any additional effort. There is no need to upload to job boards, build distribution lists, or send notifications. By subscribing to Equitek, employers become part of a unified national DEI Outreach strategy alongside Canada's corporate leaders. Equitek also benefits job counsellors by helping their diverse job seekers find employment through their network of employers committed to DEI Outreach. Job counsellors receive job notifications, access to DEI Outreach programs, and have the opportunity to be recognized as a Partner in Inclusion through Equitek's Diversity Insignia. To strengthen connections through diversity and inclusion, choose William Stewart's Equitek. Contact us today for an employer's information package and subscription quote.
