## Description

EQUUS is a self-mastery and leadership development organization helping individuals and organizations create meaningful, lasting change. Its approach brings together modern science, ancient wisdom, neuroscience, contemplative practices, and social innovation through experiential processes designed to build clarity, resilience, and purposeful leadership. EQUUS works with senior leaders, boards, managers, business owners, creatives, educators, couples, and lifelong learners.

Services include personal and executive coaching, the award-winning EQUUS Experience®, customized workshops, retreats, keynote speaking, cultural education, and A Year of You, a tailored year-long development program. The organization also offers the EQUUS Academy, with online courses on topics such as transformative leadership, assertiveness, and personal growth, as well as certification training and the EQUUS Collective membership. Experiences and events are connected with Buffalo Spirit Ranch and its local community.

EQUUS was founded by Kelly Wendorf, an executive and personal coach and published author. Its book, Flying Lead Change: 56 Million Years of Wisdom for Leading and Living, reflects the brand’s interest in nature-based wisdom and leadership.
