## Description

The Association Ardennaise pour la Promotion des Handicapés (AAPH) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1971 to support people with disabilities in the Ardennes region of France. Its mission is to promote inclusion through work and to provide opportunities for a dignified, fulfilling personal and professional life. The association supports around 350 people and operates an ESAT with five sections, an adapted enterprise and a residential home across six sites. Its team of 89 employees works alongside volunteers to provide adapted professional settings that encourage autonomy, social inclusion and skills development.

AAPH offers a broad range of services to businesses and the community, including grounds maintenance, woodworking, sewing and garment personalization, subcontracting, packaging, office cleaning, car washing and confidential document destruction. It also provides room rental, event services, reusable cup loans, bicycle maintenance and repair, and cardboard compacting. Through these activities and its own productions, AAPH connects practical services with its commitment to supporting people with disabilities and helping them build meaningful pathways into working life.
