## Description

Cercle d’Escrime Luxembourg (CEL) is a Luxembourg City fencing club specializing in épée. Its roots date to 1954, when it began as the fencing club of the Luxembourg armed forces. Today, it welcomes members from Luxembourg and around the world, offering programs for children aged 8–11, teens aged 12–14, adults aged 15 and over, and competitors.

The club supports both recreational participation and competitive development. Beginners and enthusiasts can learn fencing technique, strategy, discipline, and respect in a welcoming environment. Competitive athletes receive regular, intensive training that includes specialized physical preparation, while personal coaching offers individual guidance and video analysis for experienced fencers seeking to improve performance. Training generally takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays throughout the year, except during school holidays. New members can borrow essential fencing equipment for their first three months.

CEL has earned numerous national titles, and its fencers compete internationally, including at major European and world events.
