## Description

Escuela de Pacientes is a health education initiative of the Andalusian regional government’s Department of Health and Families. It provides information and learning resources to help people living with chronic conditions, their families and caregivers better understand health needs and participate in care. Its materials cover a wide range of topics, including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular and kidney disease, ostomies, fibromyalgia, mental health, respiratory and neurological conditions, food allergies, and care and autonomy.
