ESN Groningen is the largest student organization for international students in Groningen. Their mission is to provide support and create an engaging experience for students from all over the world. With a strong focus on the motto students helping students, ESN Groningen organizes over 150 activities throughout the year, including a massive introduction week at the start of each semester.

The organization consists of a dedicated team of six full-time student board members and 62 part-time committee members who work tirelessly to ensure that international students have the best possible start in Groningen. ESN Groningen offers various committees catering to different interests, such as Buddy & Integration, Culture, Excursion, and Sports, among others. In addition to their wide range of activities, ESN Groningen also provides practical assistance, including information on opening bank accounts without a BSN, housing options, and support for healthcare and insurance matters.
