# Esthers Coaching - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `estherscoaching.nl` ## Description Esthers Coaching is a women’s coaching practice based in Harderwijk, led by Esther Jongsma. It supports women who feel overwhelmed, unsettled, burdened by worries or loss, or are seeking a clearer way forward. Esther offers a non-judgmental space to talk, pause, understand needs and build calm and confidence. Her integrative coaching considers thoughts, feelings, the body, needs, faith, talents and life experiences, using experiential exercises and methods tailored to each client. The practice also focuses on pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Mama coaching helps expectant and new mothers navigate emotional difficulty, anxiety or low mood during or after pregnancy, and challenges in finding their identity as a mother. Sessions are paced to each person and aim to help clients cope with life’s demands without losing themselves.
