## Description

Les Étincelles Aquatiques is a volunteer-led organization behind a large-scale nighttime water spectacle in Martigné-Ferchaud, Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany. Running since 1994, the summer event combines water, fire, light, music and pyrotechnics to create an immersive performance for audiences. Its latest production, La Pierre d’Artésis, has been presented since 2025, with the next edition scheduled for August 2027.

The spectacle is made possible by more than 1,000 volunteers, who contribute throughout the year and bring together multiple generations through shared skills, enthusiasm and community spirit. In 2025, the event welcomed 17,600 spectators, with five thousand places available each evening. The organization offers tickets and practical information for visitors, as well as opportunities to volunteer and take part in the production. More than a performance, Les Étincelles Aquatiques is a recurring community event built around collective effort and live entertainment. It invites audiences to experience a distinctive summer evening in Brittany, where theatrical storytelling and spectacular effects meet on the water.
