Etuti Institute, Inc is a Non-Profit Organization based in California, USA. With a mission to educate, enable, and empower children, youth, and women, Etuti is committed to building generations of new leaders. Established in 2013, at a time of crisis caused by the IS invasion in 2014, Etuti immediately stepped in to aid Internally Displaced People (IDPs) by providing essential necessities such as food, water, shelter, and medical care. Recognizing the importance of holistic development, the focus then shifted towards fostering normal psychological growth in children and youth who have endured a major humanitarian crisis. To achieve this, Etuti implemented educational programs, organized sports teams and competitions, and celebrated Christmas with a gift-giving project called Little Smiles. These initiatives were designed to instill a sense of optimism and counteract any feelings of hopelessness. Today, Etuti's team remains dedicated to future-looking projects, channeling their efforts into leadership training, promoting education, social responsibility, and civic development. Moreover, Etuti creates opportunities for program participants to further their education and embark on promising career paths.
