## Description

ETV is an online video platform for educators in Aotearoa New Zealand, offering access to more than 150,000 videos for on-demand learning. Its collection includes films, television programmes, documentaries and online video, with rich metadata to help teachers and students find relevant material. The platform features New Zealand-focused content and resources across a wide range of curriculum areas, supporting classroom teaching and online learning.

ETV also provides tools that help educators make video more interactive and share learning resources. EVA, its Enhanced Video Annotation tool, adds interactive elements and annotations to videos. Users can build content libraries from digital files, create personal or shared workspaces, manage access, and connect resources with colleagues, students and the wider community. For classroom or home viewing, ETV’s set-top box enables access to on-demand videos and live television on larger screens. The company also responds to requests for recordings not already in its collection. ETV aims to make engaging educational and cultural media easier to discover, use and share.
