## Description

Entraide Union is a French association that brings together nearly 60 social, healthcare, and medico-social establishments and services across Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. It supports children, adolescents, and adults experiencing social difficulties or living with disabilities, including young people placed by child welfare services. Its approach recognizes each person as a citizen and seeks to provide educational, therapeutic, medical, pedagogical, and professional support adapted to individual needs.

The association’s work is guided by inclusion, secularism, accessibility, solidarity, equality, fairness, and citizenship. Its services address a broad range of needs, including early diagnosis and care, specialized education, schooling, accommodation, employment support, and assistance for people with intellectual, sensory, or psychological disabilities and other complex needs. Entraide Union also operates a dedicated online platform for ESATs and adapted enterprises, aiming to strengthen the commercial activities of these work-integration services. Through its establishments, programs, and advocacy, the association promotes participation, autonomy, and a more inclusive society for people facing disability or social hardship.
