## Description

Eulitha AG develops lithography equipment and patterning solutions for photonics manufacturing. Established in 2006, the company focuses on helping customers create high-resolution periodic nanostructures, with solutions intended to support needs from research through production. Its technology platform is based on patented, IP-protected Displacement Talbot Lithography (DTL), which enables reliable, lower-cost patterning.

Eulitha offers equipment and services, alongside technology and application expertise for photonics-related patterning. The company says it builds tool platforms and develops innovative solutions in response to changing market needs. Its work serves manufacturers and researchers seeking precise lithography for photonic structures.

The company also shares updates through industry events, conferences, and symposiums, where it presents its technology and participates in discussions spanning nanoscience, microlithography, microLEDs, augmented and virtual reality, and photonic integrated circuits. Based on its focus on practical, high-resolution patterning, Eulitha positions itself as a specialist partner for organizations developing photonics manufacturing processes. Customers and interested parties can contact the company to learn more about its equipment, services, and solutions.
