Compass Pregnancy & Family Resource Center is a Michigan 501(c)(3) nonprofit medical clinic serving Sault Ste. Marie, Chippewa County, and the Eastern Upper Peninsula. Formerly known as Care Net Pregnancy Center of the EUP, Compass offers free, confidential support for women, men, couples, and families facing pregnancy-related questions and challenges.
