## Description

Eurella Community Services is an NDIS-registered provider supporting people with disability of all ages across different areas of life. Based in Burwood, New South Wales, Eurella has provided services for 70 years and describes its approach as being a co-pilot, placing people at the centre of its work and tailoring support to individual needs, goals and lifestyles.

Its services include support coordination and plan management, allied health therapy, and early childhood early intervention. Eurella also provides social and community participation through its Eurella Links hub, supported employment, work-readiness opportunities, and packaging and assembly services. In-home and community support helps people manage everyday activities and access the community, while shared living, short-stay and medium-stay accommodation, and respite offer further support options.

For children and young people, Wattle-it-Bee provides after-school and school-holiday programs. Eurella also offers creative classes, workshops and outings. Across its programs, the organisation aims to help people develop skills, explore interests, connect with others and pursue the life they choose.
