Euro-BioImaging is the leading European research infrastructure for biological and biomedical imaging. Recognized by the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI), Euro-BioImaging provides life scientists with access to state-of-the-art imaging instruments, expert guidance, training opportunities, and data management services. These services are specifically designed to meet the unique needs of scientists who may not have access to such resources at their home institutions or collaboration partners.

With a fully distributed infrastructure, Euro-BioImaging operates through 35 internationally renowned imaging facilities known as Nodes, located across 16 countries, and partnered with the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL). The Euro-BioImaging Hub, based in Finland (Turku) with additional sections in EMBL for biological imaging and Italy (Torino) for biomedical imaging, coordinates user access, ensuring high-quality standards and facilitating impactful research across Europe. By granting open access to these services, Euro-BioImaging aims to enhance research productivity and outcomes
