## Description

EuroCert is a Polish qualified trust service provider and certification centre, delivering digital services since 2013. Its offerings support secure, legally recognized electronic transactions and paperless workflows for individuals, businesses, public institutions and other organizations. The company’s qualified services include electronic signatures for individuals, with legal effect equivalent to handwritten signatures across the European Union, and electronic seals for legal entities, which help protect the authenticity and integrity of digital documents. EuroCert also provides qualified timestamps, confirming when a document existed or a signature was applied, as well as PSD2 certificates for eligible banks and payment service providers and QWAC certificates for authenticating websites and protecting transmitted data. Non-qualified services include email certificates for signing and encrypting messages and files, plus certificates supporting integration with Poland’s National Electronic Identity Hub. EuroCert offers products through its online store and supports business clients seeking high-volume signing or tailored electronic document workflows. Its services are designed to comply with eIDAS and relevant Polish legislation, with an emphasis on security, trust, efficiency and reduced reliance on paper.
