## Description

Euroglide is a biennial international gliding race organized by the Venlo Eindhoven Gliding Club. Its signature event challenges teams to complete a single route of approximately 2,500 kilometres across Europe, departing from and returning to Venlo airfield while rounding designated turnpoints. Unlike competitions that fly a new task from the same airfield each day, Euroglide gives participants a multi-day journey shaped by weather, flight decisions and the race regulations. Teams may include multiple pilots, who can share flying and crewing duties, making coordination and strategy central to the experience.

The event website provides information for competitors and supporters, including race rules, details about the current edition, route and task updates, news, and registration information. Visitors can also follow airborne gliders through live tracking and check the latest results. The site documents previous editions and shares updates from the race, from route planning and launch conditions to arrivals and the closing prize-giving ceremony. Euroglide brings together pilots, team members and supporters for an adventurous long-distance gliding event across Europe.
