## Description

The Centre for European Volunteering (CEV) is a European network of over 60 organizations dedicated to promoting and supporting volunteers and volunteering in Europe. Established in 1992, CEV aims to be the leading voice in the values-based volunteering debate in Europe, influencing and sharing current trends and challenges, and providing policy advice and expertise to European policymakers. CEV facilitates collaboration among its member organizations, advocating for suitable European funding support and developing supportive policy statements on volunteering issues at the European level. By reaching out to thousands of volunteers and volunteer organizations, CEV brings the European dimension to their work. CEV channels the priorities and concerns of its members to the institutions of the European Union and the Council of Europe. Together with other stakeholders, CEV works towards the outcomes outlined in the Blueprint for European Volunteering 2030. CEV envisions a Europe where volunteers play a central role in building a cohesive, sustainable, and inclusive society based on solidarity and active citizenship. Join CEV and be part of their mission to create an enabling environment for volunteering in Europe.
