Euroregion Baltic is a solid network in the Southern shores of the Baltic Sea, composed of eight members from Denmark, Sweden, Poland, and Lithuania. Established in 1998, their main focus is on boosting cross-border relations for economic, social, and political development. Euroregion Baltic is unique as it is the first euroregion to include a Russian partner, demonstrating their ability to handle cross-border issues in a friendly and trustful atmosphere.

The Euroregion Baltic offers various services and initiatives to support their objectives. They have executive and youth boards, water core groups, and a task force for climate change and green transition. With 25 years of experience, Euroregion Baltic has implemented numerous projects in areas such as capacity building, youth development, and water management.

They have also played a significant role in establishing the South Baltic CBC Programme, which has facilitated project-based cross-border cooperation in the region. Euroregion Baltic has a strong focus on using EU funds to support economic growth and development in industries such as agriculture, transport, and environmental protection. They have managed programs like the Small Projects Fund and have been involved in capacity building projects to enhance the implementation of EU policies and programs.

To ensure their continued growth and financial sustainability, Euroregion Baltic has established an International Permanent Secretariat and introduced membership fees from member states. With a rotating presidency and an active youth board, Euroregion Baltic is committed to driving positive change and sustainable policies at the local level
