## Description

EUVIMED is a multilingual research platform focused on medicine, nursing, life sciences and healthcare. Described as a European alternative to PubMed, it brings together European and international literature, study registries, open-access texts, citations and retraction notices in one searchable workspace. Users can search by topic, title, author or DOI, refine results with filters and MeSH terms, and access source coverage and provenance information to support transparent, reproducible research.

Beyond literature discovery, EUVIMED offers tools for organising and evaluating evidence. Its Research Suite includes LIVIA for literature work and analysis, CLARA for clinical questions with source-linked answers, Evidence Twins for maintaining versioned knowledge states, and E-Learning spaces for reading lists and courses. Additional features support evidence mapping, review workflows, screening, synthesis and the transfer of findings into decisions.

The platform serves researchers, educators and healthcare professionals, with multilingual search options and an emphasis on interoperability and traceability. EUVIMED is in beta, so coverage and results may be incomplete or change; users are advised to verify findings against original sources and not rely on them alone for clinical decisions.
