## Description

EV3 Technologies is a UK-based, mission-led FemTech company focused on improving care for women living with pelvic organ prolapse (POP). Founded by practising gynaecologist Dr Aizemea Okojie, the company brings together clinical expertise, technology and women’s lived experience to address the discomfort and limited choice associated with existing pessaries.

EV3 is developing a next-generation reusable pessary designed to be flexible, mouldable and discreet, with patient-controlled insertion and management. The product is intended to support comfort, autonomy and everyday use; it is in development and is not yet available. EV3 also plans an accessible digital platform and app to provide self-management tools, reminders, advice, peer connection and access to clinician support and appointments when needed.

The company describes its approach as combining medical insight with inclusive design, aiming to make pelvic health care more personal and supportive. EV3 is designed in the UK, with the UK identified as its initial target market, followed by plans to expand into France and Germany, and later Australia and the United States.
