## Description

Evac+Chair is a British manufacturer of emergency evacuation and transfer chairs, with more than 40 years of experience designing and producing mobility solutions. The brand serves organisations seeking to improve accessibility and prepare for emergencies, offering equipment for a range of staircases, buildings and personnel needs. Its evacuation chairs include lightweight, robust, powered and portable models, as well as options designed for spiral stairs and stair-free movement. The range also includes transfer chairs, such as narrow and ultra-light aisle chairs, to support accessible travel and dignified transfers.

Evac+Chair complements its products with accessories, a complimentary evacuation assessment to help customers identify suitable equipment, certified operator training and maintenance services. These services are intended to help organisations keep equipment ready and ensure users can operate it safely and confidently. The company also shares guidance and resources on evacuation planning, legislation and preparedness, alongside webinars, research and a podcast. Evac+Chair describes its equipment as independently tested and highlights University of Greenwich trials comparing evacuation devices.
