## Description

Eväsmiehet is a Kuopio-based food producer founded around the craft and expertise of Mika and Risto. The company supplies hotels, restaurants and other professional kitchens with artisan-made products designed to deliver memorable meals and meet customers’ practical needs. Its specialties include raw sausages, burger patties and meatballs, with vegetarian versions also available. The range features products such as Italian-style Salsiccia, smoked Andouille, traditional meatballs and burger patties offered in different sizes and flavour profiles. Eväsmiehet also develops custom private-label products in collaboration with clients, drawing on its product-development expertise to create solutions tailored to their menus and requirements.

The company says it makes its products without allergenic ingredients and provides clear ingredient information. It emphasizes Finnish ingredients, dependable service and close cooperation, with customers including hotels and restaurants. Its production has grown to more than 500,000 sausages, patties and meatballs annually. Eväsmiehet combines small-producer craftsmanship with the capacity to serve professional food businesses, while also developing vegetarian options such as carrot-and-flax patties and meatballs.
