## Description

Founded in 2018, EVCS is a U.S. electric vehicle charging company focused on making cleaner transportation more accessible. Its vision is to accelerate the shift to carbon-free transportation by expanding access to public charging that is fast, affordable, and conveniently located. EVCS operates a growing network of charging stations, including Level 2 and DC fast chargers, and provides drivers with tools to find locations and manage charging through the EVCS app.

The company offers subscription plans designed to reduce charging costs compared with pay-per-charge options and gasoline, helping lower the overall cost of EV ownership. Drivers can choose a plan, use the app, scan a charger’s QR code, and plug in to begin charging. EVCS also offers Autocharge, which can recognize a participating vehicle when it is connected.

For businesses and property owners, EVCS provides charging solutions for public facilities, commercial properties, multi-unit residences, workplaces, and fleet operators. Its site-host and partner services include turnkey charger installation, supporting the continued expansion of public EV charging infrastructure.
